BLACK METAL DOESN'T MEAN SATANISM

There is a significant group of people, primarily the youth but not limited to, who identify with the black metal subculture and dress in all black, believing they are true followers of Satan simply due to their aesthetic choices. They often shout "Hail Satan" as a form of expression, but their understanding and knowledge of the true Satan is limited to this superficial level. This is not to say that their interest in the subculture is invalid, but it is important to note that true adherence to Satanism goes beyond mere appearance and involves a deep understanding and personal connection with the principles and beliefs of the path.

It is crucial to understand that the problem is not black metal as a musical genre, and there is nothing that prevents a Satanist from enjoying other forms of music. The issue lies in the understanding and practice of true Satanic philosophy. Being a Satanist does not require conforming to a specific image or group, and there is no need for harmful behavior or engagement in scandalous conduct. Satanism is not about conforming to societal stereotypes or engaging in harmful behavior.

As true Satanists, we lead normal lives and do not feel the need to stand out in appearance or in our social lives. Our distinction lies within us, in our essence. We worship Satan in our hearts and our connection with him is personal and intimate. It is important to note that black metal is a musical style, and not a form of Satanism. There is no necessary correlation between the two. This misconception is still prevalent among many people, and it is important to clear up this fact. Satanism is about understanding and living according to the principles and beliefs of the religion in a way that aligns with your personal values.
